Interview on ILTV: Why hasn't President Biden called PM Netanyahu and what does this mean on Iran?

I was interviewed on ILTV to discuss why, three weeks into the Biden administration, President Biden has yet to call Prime Minister Netanyahu, despite having called a dozen other world leaders. Many are jumping to conclude this is a snub or related to the administration's expected policy on Iran. I argue this is likely not the case, but shows us that Israel and the Middle East are not atop this administration's agenda at the moment.
